About US
Here at Conuco Farm we grow vegetables, fruit, herbs, and edible flowers. We have always avoided synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers—and prioritize the health of our team in our farming practices. We use natural farming methods and are incorporating more regenerative practices into our systems.
We attend a Farmers Market every Saturday in Brooklyn and have a self-serve farm stand. Opportunities to attend the farmers market are available but not required.
Farm Crew Member
Full-time & Part-time available
$16-20/hour depending on experience
We are looking for 2-3 people to join us Now-November in 2025. Farm Crew Members assist in all aspects of running the farm. Tasks change throughout the season and will include:

Harvesting

Post-harvest care
-
Transplanting
-
Weeding
-
Washing harvest/market equipment

Greenhouse work
Opportunities to explore areas of special interest are available.
At least one season of working on another farm or in a similar field is preferred. Crew members must be detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

Farm Crew Lead
Full-time
$20+/hour depending on experience
We are looking for a Farm Crew Lead who can help lead the team and ensure tasks are being executed efficiently. The Lead should have 2-3 seasons of farm work (with a commercial farm) under their belt and be ready to take on more responsibilities in a leadership role. Along with assisting in all aspects of production, the Lead should be able to manage a small team and able to give and receive feedback in a kind and respectful manner.
