About US
Our farm grows vegetables, fruit, herbs, and edible flowers. We are a small team, led by the two owners of the farm.
We always avoid synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers—and prioritize the health of our team in our farming practices. We only use organic growing methods and are incorporating more regenerative practices into our systems.
We attend a Farmers Market every Saturday in Brooklyn and have a CSA with pick up at the farm on Thursdays.
Farm Crew Member
Full-time & Part-time available
$16-20/hour depending on experience
We are looking for 2-3 people to join us April-November in 2026. Farm Crew Members assist in all aspects of running the farm. Tasks change throughout the season and will include:

Harvesting

Transplanting

Weeding
-
Maintaining crops

Washing harvest/market equipment

Greenhouse work
Opportunities to explore areas of special interest are available.
At least one season of working on another farm or in a similar field is preferred. Crew members must be detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
